Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK/Europe, in 2 to 5 days to North America and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 
Our printing company is 100% carbon neutral and all our packaging is environment friendly. Everything is either recyclable or biodegradable and that includes the stickers, tape, compostable bubble wrap as well as the frame edge protectors used. 
Your artwork will be sustainably packaged and well protected, but on the rare occasion there are issues, we will do our best to make it right. 


Environmental policy

We work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artworks (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral. All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials. Shipping We provide global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.

Returns on damaged or lost artwork

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).

 Customs

We have duty free delivery to the US, UK and EU.
Customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

Realizamos envíos internacionales para todas las impresiones y obras de arte enmarcadas a casi todos los países del mundo. Si su dirección no es aceptada en el momento de la compra, póngase en contacto con nosotros e intentaremos encontrar una solución.

Los pedidos se envían en un plazo de 3 a 5 días laborables. Después, deberían llegar en un plazo de 1 a 4 días al Reino Unido o Europa, de 2 a 5 días a Norteamérica y de 5 a 7 días para Australia/Nueva Zelanda. Otros destinos pueden variar. Por favor, espere hasta 2 semanas para la entrega. Una vez enviado el pedido, recibirá un número de seguimiento por correo electrónico.

Política medioambiental
Trabajamos con un socio de impresión totalmente neutro en emisiones de carbono, por lo que todas las impresiones y obras de arte enmarcadas (y su entrega) son neutras en emisiones de carbono certificadas.

Todos los papeles y materiales de madera proceden de fuentes sostenibles certificadas por el Forestry Stewardship Council. Devoluciones de obras dañadas o perdidas
En el caso improbable de que reciba una obra de arte dañada, póngase en contacto con nosotros en un plazo de 48 horas con fotos de los daños. Una vez confirmado, intentaremos sustituir la edición sin coste alguno.

En el caso de que no podamos reemplazar la edición, organizaremos un reembolso tras recibir la obra de arte dañada devuelta y el correspondiente Certificado de Autenticidad (si procede).

Aduanas
Los envíos a EE.UU., el Reino Unido y la UE están libres de impuestos.
Los clientes de otros países pueden tener que pagar una tasa de despacho de aduanas según lo exija su puerto de entrega.
